Colour contrast:
Where one colour ends and another starts is hard to tell on first viewing. I have identified three pairings of complementary colours that all together provide contrast.
1) Orange and Blue.
2) Yellow and Violet.
3) Tertiary pairing of yellow/green with magenta.
The violet light falls on to the green landscape in the distance and yellow light falls onto the foreground (Birren,1994:33).

Tutor comment:
The following shot, I’m guessing it’s sunrise because of the heavy dew in the pasture, is lovely. There is a luminosity in the field and the sky. and such a range of colour here, with good even tone and blending. I like the way you use the fence posts to lock down the composition at either side.
